DSCR LOANS

DSCR Loans Built for Real Estate Investors

Our DSCR loans are designed for investors who want a simple, flexible way to finance both long-term and short-term rental properties. This program gives you access to long-term funding for single-family homes, multi-family buildings, commercial properties, and rental portfolios. DSCR loans are one of the strongest tools for building long-term wealth through real estate, and our goal is to help you reach financial freedom with flexible private financing.

What Is a DSCR Loan?

DSCR stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio — basically, it measures how well a property’s rental income covers its mortgage payment. Instead of looking at your personal income or DTI, DSCR loans qualify the property based on the rent it produces.
These loans are perfect for buy-and-hold investors, with options for 30-year and 40-year amortizations.
